Tanja Kufner

Tanja Kufner is Head of Startups and Ventures at the Nemetschek Group, one of the worldwide leading software providers for the construction industry. Since 1998, she has been an active Early Stage investor. After working for various Funds, CVCs and a Single Family Office, she set up Wayra in Munich and later co-founded the Startupbootcamp Smart Transportation and Energy,  a global accelerator around urban mobility in Berlin. Tanja has invested in over 75 startups at various stages of growth and has helped enterprises such as Porsche, Mercedes-Benz, Airbus, Cisco, here, Vinci, Kühne + Nagel, SBB, EnBW, Telefónica, Siemens Mobile, MHP and DB on their innovation journeys. She is regularly recognized as one of the most influential women in Venture Capital. Tanja joined the Nemetschek Group in 2021.
