Felix Grau

Felix Grau ist Gründer und Gesellschafter der NOVA Building IT GmbH und befasst sich seit über 20 Jahren mit IT-Lösungen im Bereich AVA und Baukostenmanagement. Im Rahmen der kontinuierlichen Digitalisierung der Baubranche leistet Herr Grau in den zuständigen Fachgremien wie GAEB (AVA) und buildingSMART (BIM) aktive Mitarbeit bei der Definition von Datenmodellen und der Standardisierung von Prozessen. Einen Schwerpunkt der Aktivitäten bildet hierbei die modellbasierte Arbeitsweise mit BIM 5D zur Abbildung der Prozesse direkt am digitalen Gebäudemodell unter Einbeziehung der Anforderungen aller am Bau beteiligten Projektpartner.

Felix Grau is the founder and shareholder of NOVA Building IT GmbH and has been dealing with IT solutions in the area of construction cost management for more than 20 years. As part of the continuous digitization of the construction industry, Felix is actively involved in the definition of data models and the standardization of processes in the responsible specialist committees such as GAEB (COST) and buildingSMART (BIM). One focus of the activities is the model-based working method with BIM 5D for mapping the processes directly on the digital building model, taking into account the requirements of all project partners involved in the construction.
