Christin Kuchenbecker studierte Rechtswissenschaften (Ass. jur.) an der Universität Potsdam sowie Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt General Management (MBA) an der Steinbeis-Hochschule Berlin. Nach über 10 Jahren Berufserfahrung im Bereich Facility Management (zuletzt als Leiterin Sicherheit und Qualitätsmanagement) wechselte sie zur BAUAKADEMIE Unternehmensgruppe. Seit 2021 ist sie
geschäftsführende Gesellschafterin der BAUAKADEMIE Professional Development GmbH. Die BAUAKADEMIE Professional Development GmbH versteht Unternehmen als lernende Organisationen und begleitet diese bei deren kontinuierlicher Selbsttransformation von der
Organisationsentwicklung bis zur Umsetzungsbegleitung in der Praxis.
Zudem prognostiziert sie im Rahmen von Baugutachten die notwendigen Instandhaltungsbudgets für Bestandsimmobilien. Das Lernen der Fach- und Führungskräfte unterstützt die BAUAKADEMIE durch Konzeption von Qualifizierungsprogrammen. Christin Kuchenbecker ist Leiterin des Arbeitskreises Diversity & Inclusion, der in Kooperation von RealFM e.V. Association for Real Estate and Facility Managers und gefma Deutscher Verband für Facility Management e.V. gegründet wurde. Zudem ist sie als Lehrbeauftragte an der Berliner Hochschule für Technik tätig.

Christin Kuchenbecker studied law (Ass. jur.) at the University of Potsdam and business administration with a focus on general management (MBA) at Steinbeis University Berlin. After more than 10 years of professional experience in facility management, she joined the BAUAKADEMIE Group. Since 2021 she is managing partner of BAUAKADEMIE Professional Development GmbH. BAUAKADEMIE Professional Development GmbH sees companies as learning organizations and supports them in their continuous self-transformation from organizational development to implementation support in practice. In addition, it forecasts the necessary maintenance budgets for
existing properties within the framework of construction appraisals.
BAUAKADEMIE supports the learning of specialists and managers by designing qualification programs. Christin Kuchenbecker is head of the Diversity & Inclusion working group, which was founded in cooperation with RealFM e.V. Association for Real Estate and Facility Managers and gefma German Association for Facility Management e.V. She is also a lecturer at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences.
